Ashley at State Farm is one of a kind! After my daughter’s accident everyone at State Farm was helpful, but Ashley in particular stands out. She called me to make sure we cancelled our policy for the totaled vehicle and said a check would be on its way. She showed empathy and provided clear detailed answers to all our questions. She was always personable, friendly, and helpful. Ashley is a special employee who should be recognized!

Recently my car insurance premium went up. I called State Farm and talked to Ashly. She went above and beyond to help me. We submitted my odometer reading to prove I do not drive a lot. It did not work the first time. I basically gave this up but Ashly did not.

She remembered to call me in several week and submitted the odometer reading again to prove our point. And voila - my 6 months premium went down by $300. Great savings! Great service! Thank you very much, Ashly.

I have been a customer of state farm and specifically Jerry since 2000. Any time I have a question they are on top of it. Most recently I had a couple of incidents involving out of state State Farm issues that had technically nothing todo with Jerry and team. Ashley on multiple occasions was the star of the hour researching the issue, reaching out to head office and to the out of state office. Her very strong understanding of the business and her amazing communication skills not only fixed the issues but was able to leave me in a place of understanding the problem and feeling confident everything was sorted.
