We had to do everything remotely and she was always available via phone and email to answer our questions and clarify certain issues and real estate procedures. She also maintained excellent communication with our lender and escrow agent which helped the process run smoothly. Her familiarity with the region helped make the selection of inspectors, contractors, and other specialists easy for us, and she was always available to meet on site as our representative.
