We applied for a unit in San Francisco. Shortly after submitting our application, they informed us that the owner had changed their mind. Instead of a full refund we received a partial amount that we had paid. Their specialist mentioned that it is nothing they can do and the software company is responsible for holding the rest of our fee.

As a customer, I don’t care what is happening behind a scene. I paid an amount of money for a service. Shortly after paying that service was not provided. I want all my money back. If the company has to pay out of their pocket because of their negligence it is not my fault.
