Worst customer service I have ever had at ANY BANK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They have no sense of urgency, care, or resiliency. I wish I would have gotten the women's name because she deserves to be reprimanded. No longer interested in dealing with this Bank. Go to Central State Credit Union, Chase, Wells Fargo, pretty much anywhere , but here.

Is by far the best banker I have encountered in my 63 years of life love love love her she made opening account at Stockton's finest institutions and absolute easy breezy process after living in Stockton for 40-plus years I finally come home to a bank I feel will take care of me

Friday after 5. Not busy. No non account fees like the big trash banks. Beautiful clean building and lobby. Fantastic friendly service. What's not to like.

Best bank in Stockton , they have caught multiple times when low life degenerates have tried to steal my ATM card info .
The tellers are always friendly .
As for the banking process it couldn't be smoother . They have a drive through ATM that can accommodate a large SUV .
