These folks are as good as property managers get! Responsive, personable, and professional. They are constantly keeping in touch with the rental market and, most importantly, up-to-date on ever changing laws regarding rentals (state and local).
Having managed my own properties (up to 37 units) and then using another property management company, I am very lucky to now have a long time relationship with Gordon Property Management.
I can sleep at night knowing GPM is taking care of my tenants, my property, and me!

Extremely happy with the service from Gordon Property Management. Have been using them for 7 years to manage a property while living abroad. They are very professional and easy to work with. This is the best experience I've ever had as a tenant. GPM is super prompt, friendly, and easy to work with via their online portal and text. They even proactively warn me about natural disasters and reduced ability to get support over holidays. The next time I move, I'll ask them if they have other rental properties.
