Holly McKhann helped me lease my home and did it in record time! I had the home listed with a different realtor for several months, but we had no success with her. When I switched to Holly she was able to change the listing details and get multiple showings quickly. She found an ideal tenant who moved in within a few days after selecting them. The whole experience was quick and easy. Holly really knows what she's doing and I was thrilled with her expertise, professionalism, responsiveness and communication. I highly recommend her--she's an outstanding real estate broker!

I found Holly McKhann online and was immediately impressed with the many five star reviews she had from happy clients. I was looking for a realtor in San Clemente to help me rent my parents' home. Holly immediately listed it, but we found the potential tenants didn't like the carpet and there were a few other updates that needed attention. Holly recommended we replace the carpet with luxury vinyl plank flooring to enhance the desirability of the home. We agreed to do that and Holly brought her contractor in -it was impressive how quickly the work was completed and the results were amazing. My parents home was rented within days after the work was finished. I was very impressed with Holly's responsiveness and her knowledge of the real estate market. I'm extremely happy with Holly and how much she helped our family- she is super resourcefulness and always willing to go the extra mile. I wholeheartedly recommend her highly!

I found Holly through BiggerPockets.com as I searched for an experienced realtor to help me in my home purchase in Orange County, CA. I had made offers through a different realtor, but we lost out repeatedly on those other homes. Holly was very knowledgeable and taught us about all the ways she uses to get offers accepted. She succeeded quickly in getting our offer accepted. Additionally she informed us every step of the way on all the details of the escrow process. She was always very responsive whenever we texted or called her too. I was so happy with Holly and her care throughout the home buying experience and I highly recommend her.

Holly sold my investment home in Long Beach, CA and helped make the process as easy as possible. The home was pretty damaged from the prior tenants and needed a lot of improvements to be able to get the best price. Holly recommended a contractor and helped determine the best return on investment for the updates and repairs. When it was done she got it staged and it looks worlds better than it was before. The market was starting to come down but she secured an offer and saw it through to the finish line. The buyers' agent was a bit challenging at times, but Holly insulated me from that and kept everything together. I strongly recommend her--she is so resourceful, professional, and communicative!

I discovered Holly from her selling a home next door to one I owned in San Clemente. I saw that she and her husband, Scott, had renovated and sold it and saw a video of that on YouTube. I was intrigued and excited about her offer to help clients update their homes to make more money on the sale of them. I invited her to my home and asked her what her thoughts were about making changes to it before I sold it. She knew the profile of the buyer that would buy my home and recommended that we update it to maximize my bottom line and wow what a difference! She brought her contractor and even advanced the funds for the renovation! Holly suggested new flooring, painting the cabinets and walls, new kitchen counters and backsplash, new light fixtures, and staging. The cost was about $85,000 but it increased the home value by $350,000. She was incredibly quick to respond whenever I called or texted her and always had solutions to the challenges that came up along the way. I was amazed at how quickly the renovation went. Holly picked out everything and took care of all the ordering, which was a huge help for me. Holly and Scott are one of the nicest and most helpful couples and business people I’ve ever met. I knew Holly had my best interest at heart every step of the way. I felt very taken care of and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy real estate in Orange County.
