We have been involved in real estate for many years. We often had rental property to supplement our income. When we retired our financial portfolio was exclusively invested in real estate. We have a long history of working with real estate agents in the Bay Area, Phoenix and Oregon. Hands down, Jill has been the most competent, reliable, knowledgeable, and considerate agent we have ever worked with. In addition, she's fun to work with.
We initially met Jill when we were looking for an investment property in San Clemente. She was great to work with, acquiring a residential property there. We then used her to list that property and purchase another that we would someday have as our primary residence. We did not even consider using another agent to sell or purchase another home.
Jill was an incredible negotiator, once we targeted a property to buy. When we closed on our properties, Jill was invaluable in procuring local contractors to do any work we needed done. She was always available to meet with vendors at the property on our behalf. We live in Bend, Oregon so without her help, we would have spent many hours commuting back and forth. She also followed up to make sure the work was done properly.
In addition to the real estate transaction, Jill was excellent at helping us find tenants for our properties. She handled the marketing, interviewing prospects, checking credit, and handling any details upon move in. She and her staff were efficient and prompt, staying on top of every detail.
