The registration and sign up process for me was super easy and got approved right away. Matched a certain room to my liking and I love the balcony and was glad to have the refrigerator, washer and dryer included. Michelle and Ruby were amazing, best customer service and were super sweet. Only took about a hour which is great if your time sensitive and have to do other things also.

First I want to say thank you for a great movie night my kids loved it and all the office management and the maintenance team were super nice and respectful.
Second the maintenance team Allen and Juan are so respectful helpful and very good at there jobs..
Ruby and Leo are the best all questions and all we need are always listen to and resolved thank you very much... you all are the best ...

I don’t understand how people live like this in CA I visit my mom from Texas and this place is horrible, no guests parking the management is inconsiderate I want to use the pool and they didn’t let me because I was parked in the future residents parking. Where else I can park when their 5 guest parking spaces are always in use by residents who live in there with multiple cars and no parking spaces for themselves. The common areas are dirty there’s dog poop everywhere in the neighborhood. Unleaded dogs in the neighborhood the smell of cigarette and weed is everywhere in this apartments. Horrible place to rent. I feel bad for this people who had to live in this apartments over paying for this place.

I have lived there for 9 years it has been a good experience. The new management there is fantastic. Jessica not only goes out of her way to help but she does her job. Sometimes people don't like when when she enforces the rules but that's her job but she has more empathy and Kindness then I have ever had in a manager but she does her job. And as a business owner she does it very well. Beautiful view right next to the car show great place to live and it's Getting better now Then when I 1st moved in a decade ago

Jessica is absolutely amazing! She was extremely helpful and generous. Anytime I needed something Jessica went above and beyond to help me. She was always there to help even if she was extremely busy. She always puts the residents first. She is the epitome of excellent customer service.
