Missy was recommended to me by a 3rd party company which made me a little nervous…..BUT after our first "meet and greet" phone call, I knew she was the perfect Realtor for me!! In just one short call, I found what I needed…a perfect balance of knowledge and experience without being overwhelming, attention to detail, fantastic communicator, objective, caring and fun to work with!

I'm all settled in my new home now, and as I reflect on the entire experience, it strikes me that every home we toured, she was there as my realtor, but she was also there as my friend. As a friend, she was genuinely excited to show me the home and experience it with me. That's what made the entire experience great…having a friend at my side as well as my relator!

Entering escrow was scary, but Missy took the scariness away. She was always on top of every little detail, but she never once overwhelmed me with information. She has an amazing eye for details! Even when the listing agent missed something, Missy caught it and proactively worked with the agent to resolve it.

Missy's communications are always clear and respectful. I didn’t realize how valuable this is until I was in escrow. Her upfront phone calls and emails to the listing agent ensured little bumps didn't become big bumps.

I live in Northern California and Missy went above and beyond what I would expect from a real estate agent. I don’t think any other agent would do what she did. She did so much to make this deal happen such as, showing the house to my daughter and then video recording and FaceTiming me so I can get a feel of the house and layout. Very thorough on explaining and detail the process and the paper work. She is aggressive for me to get what I wanted and the price that works. Missy was absolutely fantastic in helping us sell our house. The market took kind of a down turn in my immediate area with the high interest rates but Missy took on some really original and creative ideas to sell our house. She made look books and she had AI staging, she had a video made, she brought simple staging of her own, she had so many tactics to ensure our home stayed safe and presentable while we were selling from 1200 miles away. She spent hours and hours talking us through the process. She had so much patience while repeating hersel to retell us things individually with me and my husband who were never in the same place at once!!! She took care of us so much that she became long distance family! I'm actually going to miss out strategizing sessions!
