I have to add my two cents worth to these reviews.
Barringer has been managing my property for probably nine or 10 years now. I’ve been very satisfied with them.
I deal mostly with Stevey. She is awesome. Competent and very responsive!
She takes a personal interest and is always there to offer helpful suggestions.
As far as their tenant placement, I’m glad to have them on board. I trust them. They’ve done a good job so far.
I can recommend Barringer for your Property Management!

I am writing this review to express my extreme frustration with Tatiana's unresponsive and delayed service when it came to addressing our washing machine issue. Despite contacting her on Wednesday and it now being Friday, there has been no improvement in her handling of the situation. Instead of providing a timely solution, she continued to insist that someone would call us back, further exacerbating our frustration. As a family with a baby, the need for a functioning washing machine is crucial, and Tatiana's lack of urgency and disregard for our situation is deeply disappointing. This ongoing lack of assistance and delayed response emphasizes a significant failure in customer service.

We have been waiting for over a week to just tour a property. All they keep saying is we will call back and never do. They are acting as if we are buying the property not renting it. Before they took the money and info for our application they were being so positive saying we can tour the house as soon as we submit the application but that’s not the case. Extremely unprofessional!

My personal experience with Barringer IPM has been flawless on their part. I worked specifically with Stevey Minor who represents her company in the most professional manner possible.
The application process is beyond fair as my credit wasn't the greatest but they saw my past rental history and determined I would be a good tenant.
Also, I have read some reviews of people saying things weren't getting fixed when needed. I have called 3 times since I moved in for something and every time I have been taken care of usually before 24 hours of time. In fact, I called the day before Christmas eve and Stevey had a plummer and a repair technician within hours making the repairs right before family coming over for Christmas. Remember, property owners are responsible for repairs not property management. Management can only put requests into ownership.
This company even talked the owner of the property into rebuilding the fence in the back yard to accommodate my dogs.
I cant Thank Stevey and everyone at Barringer IPM enough for such a wonderful experience and home they have provided for me my wife and my animals.

I want to set the record straight. I have personally dealt with Barringer IPM on multiple occasions and have always, and I mean always been treated with the utmost of professionalism. As a renter I understand things can never happen as prompt as you would like, but within reason. Finding the right fit seems to be there priority, thank you.

Horrible people and place. Wish i would have read the reviews before i delt with these people. My family and i have been with out heat now for 5 days and counting. Sarah Barringer is the worse. She calls herself a manager and she cant even return phone calls. Also shes the only one believeing her own lies
