This is a horrible property management company to deal with! I do not know why Summer Place Homeowner's association does not fire them outright. The manager never called me back after my rental was broken into, and then, he bugged my tenant about a wheel on his garbage can that was broken and they wrote him a letter telling him to put it into the backyard. The tenant was leaving the trash can out for the city of Stockton to fix, as the wheel was broken. They needed to contact me since I was the owner who knew WHY the garbage can was out in the front of the yard. Their communication is absolutely atrocious!!!

Unfortunately I cannot give this HOA management business a decent review. They failed to file our State and Federal Taxes for 12 years and when they did (after our HOA members discovered it) they filed them with the wrong FEIN number! They ignored notices from Sec of State to file and pay our Corp. Papers for 3 years causing us to be suspended and failed to purchase E & O insurance on the BOD for two years although they collected the policy $. They failed in every aspect of their contract with us (which they wrote) but want to be paid their monthly mgmt fee! And there is so much more they did that is absolutely illegal including their broker signing our HOA checks to himself when he is not on our account and comingling of many HOA funds! We are having to move to a more reputable HOA mgmt co.

When I moved to Summerplace Home Owners Association to take care of my aunt and uncle everything was fine. Later when the Summerplace Home Owners Association switched to Trefoxx Management, Trefoxx bothering me with a bunch of letters. They caused me to get high blood pressure, and seizures from the stress of being harassed by Trefoxx. They turned a 50$ fee into $2600 fine because my grass looked too dry even though it was in the middle of summer and later added on fees for not pulling weeds fast enough. I'm a disabled retiree as well as had gotten notices from Stockton saying to conserve water in a drought. Other houses looked much worse than mine, but I feel like I was the only one targeted.

Wouldnt rent but have no choice right now. Take them months to even get to work orders to fix whatever wrong in house. And when they get confronted about it they always say We didnt see any work order here. We still waiting for them to fix our door frame from march2018 and we almost done with 2018. Smh.
