Greenfield Property Management were great to us. We lived there for little over two years. We were always on top of everything, anytime something needed to be repaired they always took care of it. We paid our rent on time and took care of the place like our own, when you do good to others it always come back good 🙂 In the end we bought a house or we would have been happily still renting from them. After we moved they mailed our deposit happily 🙂
Thank you Greenfield and Mainly a big THANK YOU goes to Mandy and Shelly!!
God bless you both!!!

Worst ever experience! I wonder how they even got 2.4 stars, probably they paid someone for it. We tried calling them numerous times, no answer. Went to the office during their open hours, nobody was there. The lady is rude and doesn't even wanna listen to what the next person has to say. Overall, they just want to make money off the application fee.

I rented from them for almost 2 years and had a great experience. I really am surprised by the negative reviews I’m seeing, this was many years ago, but I remember Mandy, she was super nice and always pleasant plus answered any questions I had. I have since moved away from California, but will always be thankful for my experience with them.

This is the worst property management company. If you can call them a company. They don't answer phones, they are never there, you don't get a call back. its been almost 2 months we still haven't gotten our deposit back! Legally they only have 21 days. Make sure you take pictures before and after you rent. My best advice is not to rent from them at all!!! it will be the best decision you'll ever make I promise you! I cleaned the entire house walls baseboards you name it, it was spotless. we lived in the house about 5 years and it was left in better shape than we'd gotten it. The actual owner loves us, was sad to see us go. We did many landlord approved upgrades some from our own pocket some the owner reimbursed us for. We built a fence, fixed the ac, replaced all the sprinklers, improved the entire backyard, built a retaining wall for the planters, removed tons of fence damaging ivy, paid to have all 10 palm trees trimmed more than once which is not cheap, left mulch for the owner to use after we moved, among other things. We treated it as if it were our own and it was very well taken care of. We never asked for a thing and paid out of pocket for most things. Which we were fine with as long as we got our full $2,000 deposit back. The owner cant believe they are trying to keep $550 from our deposit! For "minor cleaning and carpet cleaning"which was already done. After living in a home for as long as we did there are laws stating they cannot deduct for normal wear and tear! Which there wasn't any they lied. Im going to ask for receipts. I don't believe they had anyone even go in there. Our last day we couldn't get ahold of anyone to give the keys to. we had to contact the owner. If your smart you'll rent elsewhere these are horrible people to do business with.

These people have to be the rudest property company I’ve ever dealt with. First off good luck getting them to answer the phone, I called and left multiple voicemails and not once did they bother to call me back. Second, I ended up going in, because like I said no point in calling, to show them a print out of my credit report from Experian’s actual website to prove that the report they received wasn’t correct and they basically threw the papers at me and told me there was nothing they could do because the shady third company credit reports are who they use for everyone. Even with over 100 point difference and them saying they had never seen that before they did NOTHING to look into it or fix the issue. She barely even looked at the report I gave her and told me she didn’t have time to research what was going on or reapply my application. I even offered to pay the application fee again. Glad a technical issue saved us from having to deal with these women EVER again.

The women who run this joke of a company are lucky I didn’t give them a piece of my mind while at their dingy, awkward, difficult to find office. Today I witnessed these women discriminate against my sister. The only reason I can think of that they would act the way they did is because she has unnaturally colored hair, tattoos and facial piercings. My sister is employed with impressive pay stubs, she has decent enough credit, has excellent references and is overall extremely pleasant & polite. An excellent candidate. First of all my sister was trying to get ahold of her, she called and left multiple voicemails and emails and not once did they bother to call or email back. That’s why we ended up going in, because like I said no point in calling. We where tying to contact them to show them a print out of her credit report from Experian’s actual website to prove that the report they received wasn’t correct. They claimed her score to be DRASTICALLY lower than it actually is. They basically threw the papers at her, shrugging and told her there was nothing they could do, because the shady third company credit reports are who they use for everyone. Even with over 100 point difference and them saying they had never seen that before they did NOTHING to look into it or fix the issue. They kept looking at her with pure disgust. The woman, Mandy, barely even looked at the report my sister gave her and told her she didn’t have time to research what was going on or reapply my application. My sister even offered to pay the application fee again. These women where incredibly rude and I do not suggest using them if you are anything but what they are, well off, ordinary and white.

They just showed a video of my apartment of over 9 years..they "cleaned" the carpet but you'll see stains in a week..guessing the carpet is at least 20 years old..also they replaced a door and tried to charge me when I moved out for the door that was damaged when I moved in..also tried to charge me for cleaning but what you see in the videos other than the carpets was all me..they gave me about a half of my deposit because of the carpet..if you move in take a Pic that day and then 2 weeks later..renter beware

Do not bother with this company. They do not answer phone calls or emails. If you are lucky to get any response at all they are rude , unprofessional and question you on issues that are none of their business. “Why are you wanting this apartment, it doesn’t make sense”
Very unsatisfactory- one star.
