Company must invest in more tellers. Wait time is more than normal or even a bit longer than normal.
With only 1 person in line wait times are still often more than 10 minutes. Wish I could change banks.

Horrible place, I received two flyers at different times that I was pre approved for a loan so finally after the 2nd time I decided to call, I spoke with a gal that took my info over the phone put me on hold then said they were not able to help me after all, the very next day The office manager sent me a email stating that I was pre approved and I can proceed with the loan, so I went down to the Central location in Tracy Ca with all my necessary paperwork that she email me to bring in, all paperwork was a go, that was Tuesday, Wednesday I got a message from the manager to please call her, Thursday which is today I called her and they denied me the loan because they said they couldn’t except my Income from my uber/lyft job $700 a week, okaaaay... it’s a good thing I was not going forward after all because they added an additional year for me to pay it off so I guess things work out for a reason, my problem is why would this office email me back wanting my business only to not once but twice turn me down, my credit score is excellent, I have 3 part-time jobs, and have been employed with In-Shape city for 21 years, not sure what else they were looking for, I would not recommend this place to anyone:( 👎👎
