Hi. I live abroad and was in need of a property manager. I am so happy we got to work with Alexandra. She is on top of everything. She makes you feel like it is her property that she is looking after. She was able to find us new tenants within two weeks. She is organized. She is an ultra professional asset protector. When you live abroad and you love your property back home and you want to come back to it then I would recommend working with Alexandra. Of course, if you live in the City then it’s even easier to work with her.

If you are looking for someone who will be professional, at the top of her game, and knows how to market and get your property rented to responsible tenants, Alexandra is your go to agent. This is my 2nd time working with Alexandra, and yet again she has been great to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable in her job, and has been helpful to me in learning about San Francisco real estate. She is great at vetting tenants. Alexandra answers questions quickly at any time of day (and even at night!)

Alexandra is fast, responsive and efficient. She helped us do some rehab on our house, put it on the market and find great tenants in record time.
She’s also very helpful figuring everything you need to figure out as a landlord in SF (insurance, rent board etc)

If you want a property manager who gets stuff done, go with Alexandra.

As a landlord who work with multiple property managers in different areas, I can say Alexandra is the consummate professional, and I recommend her service without reservation. She is experienced and thorough, and her expertise covers every aspect from preparing the property for rental, marketing, showing, screening tenants, negotiation, and ongoing monitoring and servicing. She is a great resource for regulations and insurance, etc. as well, and you are confident when she is taking care of your property for you. I originally found her on Yelp and started working with her in Feb 2024 after interviewing several PMs. Last December I had another property coming to rental market and hired someone who lives in the neighborhood and works for a larger firm and came highly recommended by a friend. Thought he would keep a close eye on my property, right? Wrong! The property sat on market for almost two months and was never clear to me he even did a single showing. Oh it was discovered that the property did not even get a final cleaning - trash still was laying around in a state of purported rent-readiness. I switched back to Alexandra and she got some additional work done that was overlooked by the previous agent, and got it rented in a week after posting it on Zillow. That is the difference!! Thanks Alexandria!

Alexandra and her team are fantastic to work with. She helped us rent out our unit in a week, during a slow time (November), for the exact amount we wanted. She was very efficient, communicative, and helped us as new landlords also learn the ropes. She made the process feel effortless. She was prompt to address any feedback we had about the photos or listing, and was proactive about suggesting what we should do by when. Super easy to work with and very flexible even though we were abroad for half the process. 10/10 would recommend.
