I tend to find that all property management companies are "meh" until something goes wrong -- and that's when you distinguish the good from the bad. I recently had an issue, and Kelly helped me out with it SEAMLESSLY. A shared space issue in the building had cost me $700 to handle, but the maintenance company and HOA were all deflecting responsibility. I raised the issue to Advent, and Kelly coordinated with the owner to get me reimbursed. She dealt with the HOA and owner without me lifting a finger, and kept me informed with every update she had. It was handled in about a week. Very impressed and very thankful for the diligent work!

Jackie was extremely helpful in finding an apartment for my boyfriend and I. Of all the places I messaged about, she was the only one to call me instead of just message back. Some places didn’t even bother responding so I definitely appreciated it. She set up a time to view the apartment and answered all the questions I had. She was very friendly and I’ve lived in my apartment almost a month now and everything has been great. One minor mishap in the move in inspection where one blind wasn’t working but Jackie placed a work order for me and someone was able to replace it with no issue. I didn’t even notice so luckily Jackie did. I feel like she was personally invested in helping me through as it is my first apartment and she cordinated with me through text/phone every step of the way. Thank you Jackie & Advent!

Jackie A. Was our property manager for the year that we resided in Hercules. She was always prompt in her responses to any needs or concerns we had.
