Baffled this place has such a high rating. I used them for 2 years over which they made mistakes I have never experienced with any other insurance broker I have used. They made incorrect changes to my policy on 2 different occasions one of which caused me to be without insurance for 2 months. Their customer service was abysmal, never seemed to understand the issue or take responsibility, non responsive, and honestly just rude. I am so thankful I don't need to use this office anymore. Whenever I called State Farm corporate they were extremely helpful, this office specifically is just terrible. I cannot express how much I dislike this office, I had to waste nearly 6 hours over 3 phone calls because of errors this office made. Anyway good riddance, hopefully someone more competent takes over so this office can run properly.

Have been using Curtis for all my insurance needs for many decades now. I don't usually leave many reviews, but I feel it is time that I give him and his team at State Farm the recognition that they well deserve. Always service with a big smile is how I would describe their quick and efficient care they have provided me over the years. A special thank you for team member Ginger who has been taking care my car insurance needs since I started driving. Curtis and his team is what I consider a good neighborhood place of business that are all too rare in today's world. Thank you Curtis and team!

I don't usually leave reviews but these folks deserve 18 stars! Stanley and the whole team at Curtis Lee provide the best customer service. I can call or email and always get a helpful and quick response that makes my life easier and informs timely decisions. Stanley is a strong communicator, knowledgeable about insurance options, and always advises me well. Other insurance companies may provide slightly better quotes but the ease and accuracy of working with State Farm can't be beat. I discovered this office when I first moved to San Francisco and literally walked into their storefront. I'm so glad I'm still with them seven years later.

We had a recent claim after an encounter with a big rig. My car was totaled but no one was injured. Ginger Forslund was an extraordinary"guide" through the whole process and the many communications with State Farm claims personnel. We've been working with Ginger for over forty years and NEVER once has she let us down. She is a great support through any problem we have ever had with claims, with communication with State Farm. Articulate, personable, caring, thoughtful, highly intelligent, VERY responsive, great follow through. She's a tremendously effective representative for State Farm. They are advocates for their clients. If you are having problems with your claim or not getting responses in a timely fashion they are on it! Ginger is a total gem! She actively follows up on claims for you if she notices it has been sitting for some time. She literally is like your personal assistant in handling these situations and doesn't give up. I wish I had her in my daily life! She helped me resolve some frustrating issues that I couldn't have had the patience for if it wasn't for her.
