I used to live in San Diego, and when I moved to Los Angeles, I wanted a property manager who would take care of things for me. I am so happy I decided to go with McLain Properties. They have been a gift. They are experts at what they do. They make good recommendations, have reliable and reasonably priced vendors, and they make owning a rental property so much easier. They also do a great job keeping records, invoices, and make the accounting at tax season so much easier. They do direct deposit and when they need approval for something they are very easy to work with . Most importantly, they are responsive to the tenant and often take care of tenant concerns without involving me (which is what I have asked them to do). Thank you to Jessica and McLain Properties for making things so much easier and affordable.

I couldn't recommend McLain Property Management anymore. They are extremely responsive, empathetic, and timely in all that they do. I feel that they represent the own of the property and tenant alike.

I can’t express enough how happy I am and my team partnership with McLain. I have a cleaning service company in North County of San Diego. McLain has been consistently sending cleaning projects to us whether it’s a Move-Out or Move-In Ready cleaning. They have a superb system and documentation for every property condition with pictures and detail notes showing to me and my team. This really helps my team knowing what situation we will be facing and that way we could bring proper tools and equipment for the project in order to provide the best service to their renters or owners. I do want to point out McLain’s seamless communication is all because Khira Capio. She always friendly to assist any questions that I have in a professional manner. Overall, based on my great experience I would highly recommend any vendor working with McLain.

Working with Khira and the team at McLain was seamless. As a busy professional, I don’t have a lot of time to devote to a move-in process but their concierge service made this so easy! They thought of everything before I even had to ask and were flexible when it came to my requests. Great experience!

McLain Properties is an A+ rental property management company. Jessica Zornes is the Property Manager and Khira Capio is the Leasing Coordinator. They have managed my rental property since 2016. They are professional, responsive, concerned, resourceful and thorough. They make the lessees happy and keep the property in top condition. So glad they are managing my rental property.

I have been a long time renter with McLain Properties 6+ years, I have never had an issue with their excellent staff and any minor issues with the property that couldn't be resolved quickly and professionally. As renters know, nothing is perfect but with our Manager Jessica at McLain Properties, she makes it so easy to deal with to completion. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience with a property management company.
