Went in to get international drivers permit. (AAA membership is NOT required for IDP). Helpful staff. 5min wait, filled 1 form.
15min to issue IDP, including getting picture getting taken and printed.

20$fee and you just have to show your US driving license. It's faster if you bring 2 passport photos of yourself.
Total time taken about 25 min.

Good staff, quick service, no problems!

Showed up at 5 pm on a weekday and expected long wait times, but I was in and out in about 20 minutes. My international drivers permit cost $20 + an additional $25 for the 2 small passport photos which is overpriced. If you want to save money, go to a Walgreens or something before to get pictures.

Very fast, professional, and friendly service. It's always pleasant to get my International Driving Permit here. I think they can print the required photos also, but I just bring my own + my Driver License and never have any problems.

Friendly, genuine, AND efficient service I haven’t had a car-related interaction that made me smile this much since winning a modest sum in small claims court in 2005

The manager demonstrated expertise at handling difficult customer situations (one featuring a particularly ornery young Karen who through she could get her passport photos taken for free and was going to escalate all the way to AAA HQ lol) such that her team doesn’t get “excuse me, dinged by corporate.”

Please note if you’re getting new passport photos to go with your IDP, it’s $20 for non members and $10 if you’re a member. You get two passport photos, some of the best handwriting I’ve seen in someone else filling out my application form for me, and service with a real smile.

Avoid this location at all costs. Confidently told us that they can help us with a certain title transfer (details omitted in review) but when we walked in, they said we need to go to the DMV.

This significantly impacted our relocation timeline/efforts.

Employees here are wicked rude as well and won’t take accountability for something they’ve done wrong for customer. Zero sense of customer service. They need to be re-educated.
