I called to make a payment on three different homeowners policies, and Mikayla instantly knew who I was, had the accounts up, knew the amounts, and took care of the payments. I was on the phone for about one and a half minutes! I have never seen such efficiency and amazing customer service!

The Sara Hayes State Farm office in downtown Atascadero is wonderful, & so easy and convenient! Nicole and Mikayla are so nice and easy to get hold of and work with! Always such prompt , courteous service!! Returns emails, & calls immediately! Don’t mind you popping into the office to ask questions either. Highly recommend this team for any insurance needs!
