If I could give no stars, I would! I called in to get a quote since this company says it looks at all different rates with different companies. I had called several different companies to get quotes and thought this may streamline my search. The gentleman that answered was not too friendly and it sounded like I was interrupting him when he was working on another task. He got the information quickly, put me on hold and came back and said the best rate is with XXX company. The quote was 3X's the price I had gotten everywhere else. He said that the quote would change because of the 2 week waiting period! Okay, but I don't think it will be 3X the amount of the quote. The other companies also asked questions about education level, what type of work the prospective insured did, if the inured was part of an alumni or association etc. These types of questions give discounts on the rate. This company asked none of these! He asked me what quotes I had been given and when I told him, he said it was best to go with them!! I let him know that he hadn't been very helpful and he said okay and hung up! This company has so many good reviews that it is sad this type of employee has given this impression of them. I will never shop here again!

I needed auto insurance to drive my new car home from the dealership and I had a great experience using online first I received a quote followed by a call from an agent and he was so helpful he got me all set up quickly and I was happy with the monthly payment as well. He was very professional and love that I also have roadside assistance with my coverage as well. Overall it was a quick easy process and I immediately had proof of insurance and got to drive my new car home so I was very happy.

This was about the slickest set up for insurance I have ever experienced in all my 53years . I mean it was so easy. The down payment was very reasonable and I mean fast. It takes longer to brush your teeth and put your socks and shoes and leave for work. They were very helpful and tons of patience. They were very flexible with the down payment too. I insured two vehicles today I'll be using them for all of my other vehicles too. Good company 👍

My agent Manuel was awesome. This is the second time getting insurance with him. Adding my two newly licensed daughters was super easy. I got 2 quotes/options, then was able to make a quick payment and we are good to go. Highly recommend!!!

Alex Was extremely helpful. He was kind and considerate and really made me feel valued and like my business was important. This was quite a step up from my previous insurance agency. I had filled out some information online and Alex called me immediately and offered his services, advice and knowledge on the spot. He was able to get me a new insurance policy within 30 minutes of calling. I was upset from a previous call when he reached out and he was so patient and understanding. You don’t get a lot of this kind of care over the phone from a stranger very often. I could not recommend Alex enough. We’re talking about real humanity and treating people with dignity and respect. I would recommend this company and the agent to anyone!

Who would’ve known getting quality insurance could be so easy? Literally only took about 10 minutes to gather all of the needed information to do so.
