If I could give them a zero. I definitely would. This bank rules are outdated and inconvenient. I've banked with them for over 8 years. I wouldn't recommend that you let your little old granny bank here. The fact that they have a 3 card limit for a debit card is insane. I'm tried numerous avenues complaints etc. I even offered to pay for another debit card. So much for trying to support a local business. Don't waste your time, please. They also need customer service training in all locations.

Rude. No Common Sense. No Decency. Bank's petty rules they make up as they go along are always right, customer is always wrong. Will concoct ways to not do bank transactions and have you go into main office. They act like THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR by letting you bank with them.

AVOID THIS SCAM set-up suckering you in by "free banking"; take your money elsewhere to say a credit union where they realize there'd be no bank without customers.
