Kristen Wilson of Wilson Insurance offers greater help and assistance upon semi-annual renewal of my vehicle, the original insurer (A VERY BIG insurance company in US) increased my semi-annual premium to 190% from my previous premium. Certainly, I'm not young and unexperienced driver and I have no CLAIM record so far, this is the new vehicle indeed.

With great help of Kristen, I luckily renewed my insurance coverage before the expiry date. (Actually, it only spent her few days) only and the new premium is similar to the last policy.
