As always, it was a fantastic experience at Marque. I was able to make an appointment, do the paperwork and insurance ahead of time online. As a result, I was seen quickly and the whole visit was less than 45 minutes. The front desk was very polite and helpful. Dr. Frasier was very kind, knowledgeable, and he didn’t rush through the visit. I felt like I was in good hands with him. Thank you Marque. I highly recommend your urgent care and I will be back again.

Clinic is clean; staff on-site and on the phone are great and eager to assist. Never a super long wait. The nursing staff is nice and the doctors are always thorough, knowledgeable and caring. Great urgent care for my kids and I when the pediatrician/ family doc is too busy.

I would highly recommend Marque Health to anyone seeking urgent care. The intake process was seamless and easy with the texted link. The wait time was short. The receptionist was very kind and efficient. The PA or nurse was super efficient and kind. Finally, the doctor was kind, informative throughout the exam and even resolved an issue I wasn't aware of but provided much relief! Overall, my visit was a great experience!

Absolutely horrible experience with Mark Wade. He treated my sick toddler like a nuisance, was rude and had awful table side manner - overall he is probably too elderly to still be practicing medicine. I walked out of the appointment without my daughter being treated for her symptoms because I could not stand by and allow his behavior to me or my daughter. We will seek help elsewhere. Disappointingly him or his staff could care less that I left upset and there was no follow up. I do not recommend bringing you children here and only did so as a last resort thinking this office was potentially a good find. The other staff was neutral but the doctor is the main part of your visit. Don’t waste your time here.

Yolonda, Andrew, & Dr Jonathan Fraser were all absolute joys. Our daughter has been sick for a couple days and they were all very accommodating and thorough with a wonderful front desk and bedside manner. Thanks for making a trip to Urgent Care a stress free experience.

Today was my first time to visit Marque urgent care. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Checking in on my iPhone was a breeze. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the wait was short, and the doctor took great care to hear about my health issues and resolve them.

I telephoned ahead to see if my insurance was accepted. It was and I was told to come in. I was greeted and asked to fill out my paperwork on my phone.
In a reasonable amount of time I was taken to an exam room and was seen by a physician in a timely manner.
The physician was able to accurately diagnose my problem and prescribed the appropriate medication.
