Vicky's knowledge of insurance policies exceeded my expectations . After researching with other insurance agencies , Vicky was more than helpful to educate me about the details of insurance policies , including the positives and negatives in regards to what would suit me well . This included several phone calls , and from my experience with customer service as a business owner , can be very stretching in many ways .
