Can’t recommend this establishment enough. I recently had a flat and was stranded. I didn’t have access to any benefits (because I’m under my parents insurance) and called in to get help. They dispatched someone right away to help me. Selene stayed in contact with me to make sure I was okay and keep me updated frequently as I had never had been in this situation before. Ele is always a pleasure to talk to! She is so helpful and understanding with me. I’m young and not familiar with how things works, but she is always so sweet and takes her time to explain things to me. Lino is great, super knowledgeable and always happy to see me. When I see him around, we always have great conversations and he makes an effort to get to know his clients. Lino and his crew are the best! I always recommend my friends to them.

When I called I spoke to Ellie - she was so helpful and kind. She referred me to Selene the Insurance Guru. This office is truly ran as a team. These ladies are AMAZING! They will get you the information you need to help you sleep better at night; between, auto and Life Insurance they have it covered. I also learned that I can apply for a US Bank Credit Card, Savings Account or checking account here. This is your one stop shop! Way to go State Farm! This is the best neighborhood office!

Lino is the go to agent for all my insurance needs. He is extremely knowledgeable of all the various insurance products he offers. I highly recommend you give him a call with any questions regarding coverage in your area. His office staff (specifically Selene) is very responsive with any and all requests either via phone or email. Don't hesitate and give his office a chance to give you a quote.

Ele at Lino Amaral's State Farm office in Pinole Ca. is very easy to work with and gives clear answers. She is also gentle when dealing with novice customers unfamiliar with formal insurance terms or issues. This is a friendly office with a more relaxed affect than is usual for the insurance industry.
