I, just like Mr. Seto, had a house fire but I had a completely different experience working with Kip Martin and The Martin Group. First of all, it is a business. Kip does not work solely out of the kindness of his heart. He settled my claim and got me way more money than what I was offered from my insurance company. Mr. Seto, I heard you caused your own problem by adding on to your home. Your insurance policy coverage is to REPLACE and REPAIR your house not to build a completely new house. That is taking advantage of everyone else around you. The Martin Group is a great company for people, who need an experienced public adjuster on their side during their time of NEED, not GREED!
