We worked with Integrated Financial for almost a year and the process kept getting pushed back and back. Every excuse under the sun and I'm not sure why I stayed so long during the process. After my husband got approved, we paid the premium and 3 weeks later got a notice saying our premium hadn't been paid. I called, asked what was going on, and never heard back. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a company. After almost 1 year we didn't have a policy and after switching to a new company, it took 3 weeks and we are now set up, the whole process done. I do not understand how this company operates.
