My partner has lived in our SF apartment for over 15 years without management, and was really nervous about the transition with ExtraMile coming in as our property managers. So far we've had a great experience with them. Great communication with Arash and very responsive. Our water heater recently broke and Arash had someone come look at it and replace it the same day! We feel very comfortable speaking with Arash about any issues we may have with our apartment, knowing he will take it seriously.

I honestly never leave reviews, but I felt like had to for Extramile Property Management Company. Arash has truly gone above and beyond in terms of making renting in SF easy for me and my family. For example, we are moving to SF from out of town and were not able to get the dimensions for the place we are renting beforehand, Arash went to the apartment and took the dimensions of the place within 4-5 hours of me asking. Overall, it has been such a wonderful experience and I look forward to continuing to rent through Extramile Property Management Company!
