Worst management company I rented from. They tried to keep my deposit even after two months I moved out. I reached out multiple times and there was no response.

When I mentioned that I’m going to move legally they sent me an itemized list almost deducting 3/4 th of my deposit of 1500$. The funny thing is they were trying to penalize me around 200$ for my newborn babies crying. That was the most crazy thing I have ever heard of.

The property manager who was in contact with us a Asian guy named Greshwin who was very rude and unprofessional.

I would never recommend anyone renting from them. Even the roommate we had a similar experience. He had to move out because of work before the lease expired. But they got the whole of 4 months rent from him until the lease expired. And they found another replacement too.

Great service! The management is responsive to maintenance requests. I have had zero problems with getting things repaired in time. They have been helpful from the day one when I moved in.

One time I locked myself outside at weekend, I was new here and anxious and didn’t know how to deal with the situation. I called the manager. He said he is not around the apartment but he can help me find a locksmith to come over ASAP. Half an hour later he called me back, telling me his colleague is gonna stop by the building around noon, he asked the colleague to help me open the door and saved me the expense that otherwise I should have paid to a lock smith for unlocking the door.

千万别去洛杉矶的degree homes租房。我这刚搬过来就租了他们那。霸王条款还乱扣押金，房屋里各种设施全部没有。我绝不会推荐任何人从他们那里租房。就连我们的室友也有类似的经历。由于工作原因，他不得不在租约到期前搬走。但他们从他那里得到了整整4个月的租金，直到租约到期。他们还找到了另一个替代者。
