Samantha was that person. She was always available by phone, email, or text. Even with the time difference, she always responded. If something needed a repair or an issue with the tenant, Samantha took care of it all. This year we decided to sell the property. Rented a property for 3 years. Samantha was the most unresponsive property manager I've ever experienced. The amount of time it would take to get small things like gates/fridge/lights/electrical fixed was unbelievable. To add insult to injury when we moved out they charged us/took out of my deposit stuff that was broken/not working when I moved in.
