It is good to know that Blue Horizon property management always has a live person to answer the phones. They may get a little busy at times, but they will return your call promptly, which is what I love about them. I needed to report a plumbing issue and within 24 hours the old water heater was drained and replaced with a new one. Laurie worked promptly and professionally. Very friendly service by both the office staff as well as maintenance staff. Will highly recommend them.

Currently without power now in my unit and can't get a hold of anyone. I've left numerous voice mails on the after hours maintenance number but no luck. Going on 24 hours with no electricity and all my food in the refrigerator went bad. It's also currently summer time and hot with no lights, no AC, no fan. It's a simple fix I can do myself but don't have access to the main electrical panel. Just a simple reset of the switch is needed and literally need someone to unlock a door. I've literally tried calling, texting, and emailing but still no luck. Never had this problem with the last property management company.

Update: now going on 48 hours with no power and still haven't heard from anyone. Avoid Blue Horizon Property Management at all cost.

My family and I made the mistake of searching for tenants on our own back in 2017, before we found BHPM. When we found Carlos, he was super helpful and really guided us through an eviction process we went through. He was present at the court and there when we needed him.

We were with BHPM since 2017 until this year. We no longer need a property manager, but for anyone reading this, you should be in good hands.
