When I walked into Lake & Coast Realty a few months ago, I met an agent, who would soon become my realtor, named Pam Adamson. I don’t ordinarily write reviews, but I was so blown away with the job that Pam did in finding me a home, I just had to share my experience.

This was my first time purchasing a home on my own, and I was a little apprehensive when it came to finding the right real estate agent. I wanted someone that would make me feel comfortable and understand my needs, without being pushy or make me feel like I was “putting them out” if I had a request.

From the moment I walked into Lake & Coast Realty and met Pam, I instantly knew I was in good hands. She made me feel so at ease. She never made me feel rushed, and she listened to all of my concerns. Pam has a warm, energetic personality, and an extensive knowledge of properties all over San Diego County. That, combined with her unbelievable work ethic, made me feel confident that she would work tirelessly until she found me the perfect home.

Fast forward to less than a month later, and she did exactly that! We met early one morning and I walked into my dream home, however, there was a catch... The seller had priced it under market value, which created a bidding war. Pam knew how much I wanted it, so she was relentless at doing whatever it took to get me the home, without paying more than absolutely necessary. I can’t tell you the amount of calls she made on my behalf... She even ended up befriending the seller, and shared a little of my personal story to give me any possibly advantage.

Well, it ended up working and I closed escrow on my new place just a few weeks later! I can’t thank her enough for all of the hard work and kindness she has shown me during this process. It made the challenge of buying my first home and settling into a new city as seamless as possible.

To anyone who is looking for a realtor in North San Diego County, I simply cannot recommend Pam Adamson of Lake & Coast highly enough.
