Do not rent from this company. I used to rent from them at Pacific Trailer Park in Oceanside.

The on-site manager Patty is great, but other than that I’ve only had bad experiences with Ashcraft. They tried to charge me twice for carpet cleaning, twice for window cleaning, along with carpet replacement and wood replacement after my move out.

How do you charge 2 carpet cleanings after you replaced the carpet? How do you charge me window cleanings from 2 different companies?

That’s all after a $1,000 deposit they tried charging me an extra $560.

Sarah will be nice to your face, but they will come for your money! Glad to be out of there.
