They took my application fee. Then they were asking for the deposit before they had approved us. When I told him we wouldn’t give them a deposit until we were approved, they told us we were approved. They asked us to sign the lease and then we never heard from them again until then they told us they went with another applicant like a month later..
I really felt they betrayed my trust & generally acted very unprofessional. I would not recommend doing business with them. I can personally say the proof will be seen if you take a look at some of his properties. Most especially if you hear how he speaks of them, no wonder he’ll only interact over the phone.

If the Applicant does not follow through with a Security Deposit when they are supposed too, or begins to loose credibility it's a Game Changer-

Joe himself personally said send money we sent money he said we were approved Van started asking all kinds of crazy stuff we found somewhere else to go rent a garage from now he has not re sponded to re turning our deposit he does not call back he calls others unprofessional this is the worst place to rent from please go somewhere else do yourself a favor
