I don't mess with this account much. Just let it sit. I received notification from another company, My Equity, that I was charged $60 for a paper billing fee for my the digital money account unless I opened an account with MYEQUITY.
I thought it was a scam but when I opened my the Digital Money account, guess what? They had billed me $60. I did not give My Equity permission to do that but Digital Money did.
I reluctanly opened a MyEquity account online to get my $60 back. It hasn't happened. I don't know which company is stealing my $60 but one of them is.
The communication between the two companies has been awful.
I am trying to withdraw my money and close both accounts but it has dragged on for over a week now. Still no funds.
My guess is MyDigitalMoney is a front company(not sure of the exact name for this type of shill) for MyEquity that just mirrors what is in the MyEquity account. In order to get my funds and the $60 paper statement fee that was told would be returned once I opened a MYEQUITY account. I have to deal exclusively with MyEquity to get my money. Apparently MyDigitalMoney is unable to make it happen.
If this drags on much longer I guess the next step is filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Just more of my time wasted.

What a poorly done site, not easy to navigate OR get your money out.
ALSO - I gave it shot, thank God, with just $100 to check it out. I did not like the platform, so I withdrew my $100 to find out I was charged a $75 "Termination Fee".
What a complete JOKE - I do NOT recommend.
