I hired Matt initially because of his professional yet personal approach. He was confident but I had my doubts, only because I attempted to lease my home on my own and was unsuccessful after 3 months. Matt worked efficiently and reliably for 3 weeks and accomplished our mission. He found a great tenant, secured the rent I wanted and both tenant and I are happy.
