I am a venture capitalist and this company was chosen as an apparent outsource by my credit union (America First) for their HSA accounts -- and I now wish I had chosen another vendor once the switch was made mid-year 2024.

The transition has been not been easy, featuring a website and app with confusing UI/UX -- and I just discovered they put old school 4 day holds on ACH money movements from my BofA linked account So repeated declines for its usage at doctors offices.

Even more bizarre is the fact that I could not deposit a check at America First for my 2025 contribution (!).

I will choose another vendor and move my HSA ASAP. I cannot recommend for HSA accounts.

Company can't send out a card that works to save there reputation. After multiple calls messages and chats I am still not able to use the funds they are holding hostage... There manager Stephanie promises resolution and call backs. As an employee this is frustrating! They want me to spend more money than the money I have already spent! How does that make sence
