Busses are not well maintained and extremely loud. They need to accelerate the move to electric busses to minimize their noise pollution with the growth of transit oriented development.

Embarked on a magical journey with SamTrans today at 4:08 PM. Witnessed two majestic "Not in Service" buses, a true spectacle. Called their hotline, and lo and behold, TODD, the virtuoso of condescension, graced me with his presence. His impeccable talent for talking over me deserves a standing ovation.

Yearning for a manager? Well, buckle up! TODD's grand finale: "HOLD ON" followed by the sweet sound of a hang-up. Bravo, SamTrans, for this masterclass in customer service. If only I could rate this performance lower than one star.

A very toxic work culture. One manager with the central office's fare products and analysis department continually harasses people below him. He recognizes his technical and temperamental deficiencies and crushes anybody he perceives as a threat. A guy who probably could not have made it in the private sector so eventually got booted out to work for the district. Glad to be out, good riddance.

DIRTY, DINGY, unkempt clean SEATA. FLOORS ARE ALWAYS STICKY. WINDOWS STILL HAVE SMEARED OIL HAIR ON THEM. JUST PLAIN DIRTY. MOST AIR VENTS ARE BROKEN. BECOMES A HOMELESS SHELTER AFTER 10PM-7AM DAILY/NIGHTLY. ALWAYS LATE, NEVER ON TIME. MOST I”VE SEEN ARE 3 LONG BUSES COME ALL AT ONCE AT A BUS STOP.
SHOOT, EVEN MUNI BUSES AEE WAY CLEANER AND HAVE LESS HOMELESSNESS SLEEPING IN THEM. ALL OTHER BAY AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION INCLUDED.

To whom it may concern. Thank you for taking the time to read my letter. On April 22 2021, I was on the number 800 bus at around 1230pm. The driver kept slaming on the brakes, as hard as he could. This went on for the duration of the ride. Two ladies were getting off the bus and I was right behind them. The driver then shut the door on me. I looked at him and said, ( Come on, Seriously)? I was wondering if I was going to get thrown towards the front. This matter is a great concern for safety and bias. Samtrans isn't what it used to be. It's unfortunate because Samtrans has always been a major go to for many people. I'm still pursuing this. Thank you, James Lovelace.

Pathetic! The 511 info inaccurately stated the time the ECR was to arrive over 5 times on March 24, 2023 between 8:14 pm and 9:45 pm. The bus never arrived! Such a horrible disservice to our community!
Shame on Sam Trans!

RE BUS 397 LEAVING AT 12:45AM SERVICE IS VERY BAD. WE NEED A BIG BUS TO ACCOMMODATE HUGE CROWD, EVERYNIGHT. USING SMALL BUS IS Dehumanizingly overcapacitated.

This is horribly UNAMERICAN to oppressed public transit patrons. U need to WAKE up to correct this pathetic situation, before a MANIAC do harm to bus operators. I warn U Samtrans. I've seen this problem flared at times with 397 Bus.

Also the heat must be registered at 70 to 73 reading-especially, for seniors, under freezing conditions.

Buses run late and overlap with one another. Already I'm waiting for a bus that's an hour late. What will samtrans do? Respond to me that they are limited on drivers and that the driver is sick. They need to fix things cause it's only making commuting stressful.
