Since 2017 i have been a client with Penna Realty
Jill Beeson is my property manager she is the most wonderful person, always accommodating tenants needs she makes sure they live in a safe environment that all property's are up to date. We left temporarily due to the passing of our landlord and his family Withdrawing from the Realty and selling the house but jill kept working hard to find us the right home, i proudly say i have the best property manager and i thank god for having her every day. i highly recommend them this realty cares of each tenant like if it's the family of their own

John Penna is a dishonest person. He'll say anything to cover his tracks for the many mistakes he makes all along the way. In our case he fumbled the listing, then the showing, then the contract, then the retainer amount, then the rents paid to us the owner. It doesn't stop there, upon the tenant moving out John Penner refused to come walk the space with us and denied that there was any cleaning required after this person had lived there for 2 years and the place was left in un-rentable condition. Even when presented with photos of the dirty cabinets and appliances which were all brand new, he actually had the gall to accuse us of faking the pictures and refused to come and do a move-out walk through with us present (the owners). If you are thinking of hiring this company to manage your property run like hell in the other direction. They have no idea what they're doing and will not have your back as the owner at all.
