Brandon is a good hard working honest soul. This is the second time I have worked with him and he gets the job done. During the sale of my house an issue popped up (the joys of owning a house) and I was at work. Brandon notified me and had already made notifications to have the issue looked at / fixed knowing I was busy at work and it is hard to take off in my profession.
