Phenomenal experience!
I've never had a bad one at this bank. After 35 yrs at Chase this has been nothing but great!
My recent experience with Jeremy was nothing short of incredible. I needed a cashiers check and didn't realize Wednesday had a later opening time, he saw I was in distress and came outside and offered to help me. Needless to say he saved me from a precarious predicament.

I was attended to this weekend by Mediha, and her service was excellent. I have been a customer with them for over 10 years, and in the past, I received very competitive rates for auto loans. While rates are currently high everywhere, they still offer some of the lowest rates in the market. They also offer free checking and savings accounts, and I have never been charged any fees for any reason.

I have to admit, I was referred here by the car dealer I was purchasing from and I was a little weary because of the reviews. However, I was totally blown away by how smooth the process went. Their rates are extremely reasonable and I didn’t have to go through any drama or back and forth with the application. The gentleman assisting me, Parsa Delshad, was an absolute stud. He demonstrated excellent knowledge of the credit and loan application process as well as providing exceptional customer service. He was super friendly and personable and didn’t make me feel pressure at all during the whole thing. I’m really impressed with how easily everything went and would definitely come back to Parsa!

Star one credit union is the worse Bank or Credit Union
After almost 30 years, I am going to close my account (checking & savings)!!!
For the first time, I had wire money to another bank, I was charge 30.00. found transfer money.
Everyone should look around to open checking or savings accounts.

Found the best new auto loan rate with Star One and had my loan completed in less than an hour! Parsa Delshad was fantastic to work with, efficient and super knowledgeable. Highly recommend working with him!

Worse experience ever - unfortunately they treated me very unfairly. The person that was helping me, Mike Hernandez, was rude and seemed like he didn’t want me to get an auto loan. He was racist and had a negative attitude towards people doing business. My friend told me Mike always has problem with African Amercian clients getting loans, he does whatever it takes for someone to not get loan approval. I had all necessary documents and he kept insisting I bring a W-2 even though I am getting a salary. This was unexpected. I can easily get a loan approval from different banks but I drove 40 minutes to get one here because my friend would get referral bonus. After this experience, I highly don’t recommend this bank or specifically don’t work with Mike Hernandez.
