What can I say, honestly super dirty. Building is loud. sewage issues, plumbing, garbage, pool, and carpet. All those things are dirty. Property manager can’t fix a thing. Just calls a worker from the internet to fix

Property management is very selective about what they fix / don’t fix. The place isn’t well maintained, and the owners selectively enforce “rules” in order to get tenants to leave so they can get other individuals to move in and charge a higher rent rate. Hung a blanket out to dry overnight a few times, it was never an issue, then suddenly it was an issue out of nowhere and I was getting nasty / passive aggressive emails about it. Selective enforcement of “rules” to just frustrate people and again, get them to move out to charge someone else higher rent.

A nice place to live. A quiet place with trees out of every window. Coin operated laundry and coin machine on site. Friendly and responsive management. Cleanliness is a priority for them and all the exterior is cleaned once a week.
