My husband and I worked with Lauren to sell and buy and without a doubt, Lauren is absolutely the best realtor to work with! We actually started the process with a different realtor but quickly realized we needed a change. Selling and buying is never without hiccups and stress, but Lauren absorbed so much of that, so we didn't have to. She fielded all of my anxious calls and texts, assuring me she had things under control. Further, she always was honest with us about any challenges or issues, something we both valued immensely. Her connections to the real estate community are huge and I think a big reason we were able to get our dream home was because of that. We knew the city we wanted to be in but were not familiar with the neighborhoods. When I say Lauren nailed it with finding exactly where we wanted to be, I truly mean it!

I think the biggest thing for us is how much Lauren genuinely cares about her clients. Our youngest had surgery during this time and Lauren sent her toys and activities. She absolutely did not have to, but she wanted to, because she is a good person whose clients become friends and family. The weekend we moved into our new home, our daughter had an unexpected complication and needed emergency surgery. Lauren was one of the first people to reach out to us to see if she was ok and make sure we had everything we needed. She has also been beyond helpful with recommendations for childcare, restaurants, community resources, activities, etc. Lauren even went as far as to connect me with a personal friend of hers who is a neighbor on our court!
