If you're a retail property owner, run as far away as possible from this company. I am a commercial tenant at a property they manage. They fail to communicate rent effectively just to impose penalties on you after they neglect to respond to your tenants. All the tenants we know are tired of their service. Our landlord used to manage the property himself in the past, and we had a great relationship. Since this company has taken over, they love to harass tenants by making a mountain out of a mole hill.
