Daniel was quick and professional. I had to get new registration tag for myself and my address hadn’t been updated through the DMV website which Daniel was able to do quickly. It took about ten minutes from the time I walked in to complete everything. I always come to this location because the staff is friendly,professional and is super fast. Thanks again to AAA and Daniel for his help today. I’m a very satisfied customer!

The service at this AAA store is extremely poor. I've visited three times for a DMV service, but it still hasn't been completed. They cancel appointments without any notice and fail to provide clear instructions. The front desk person need to be well trained.

I walked into the AAA store and was promptly greeted by Zach, who was cheerful and knowledgeable. He explained that the international driver's license was valid anywhere except Brazil and Uruguay. After preparing my booklet, he had Joan explain the benefits of the drivers club, but I politely declined. The whole process was very fast, and I was grateful for the great service at AAA. Thank you.

Yesterday, my husband and I went to AAA and were very well attended by insurance agent Norma Villegas. She is very attentive, polite, kind, and helpful. Not to mention that she made us feel at home with all her service, which was very clear and explained in detail the policy contract we were taking out. Her Spanish is very clear and we were able to understand her and she understood my Portuguese. This brings comfort and confidence in what you are saying. So I highly recommend her. And AAA is happy to have such an excellent professional! Congratulations, Norma Villegas!!

My last visit was pleasant, nice people work there . It's definitely better than DMV. Dmv is a complete joke. In my view, point there ripping people off with high registration fees. Especially when the vehicle is older.

This branch is amazing. I had to take care of DMV business related to my late mother. Everyone in this branch is kind and friendly. They ensure people are checked in and directed to the appropriate waiting area. I had an appointment and was seen as soon as I walked in. I was assisted by Molly who was kind and very knowledgable. I was missing one document to complete my transaction. Molly took care of getting all the documents in order, explained and highlighted what I needed to fill out as I opted to take the forms home to complete and return the following day to complete my business. I returned the next day and completed the process with Jon who was equally kind and knowledgable, Grief is a difficult place to be in - so having amazing people like Molly and Jon made this a good experience. All the staff at this location are friendly and care about customer service. This was not my first visit to this location, however, the level of kindness and empathy I received is appreciated beyond words. I know I would likely not have received this excellent level of customer service at the DMV. Having a Triple AAA membership pays for itself time and time again.
