Bad communication within the company.
Salina Ruiz called me as had an attitude from the start. She asked me "who is this." And, I replied "you called me so shouldn't you know who I am or at least inform me who you are?" She said "my boss told me to call and ..." I've provided them the address for quotation and she asked "what type of property it is and what unit number." I've told her that I've provided the address, do you have it? That's when I said "I am done with this conversation, we both have attitudes and I don't need it."

This company does not mention the fee they charge. See email below, they never broke out the cost for insurance as only $1511 for insurance and $501 for a brokers fee. Even the receipt they sent makes it seem like they are charging for insurance not a fee.
It says ageis wrap around never brokers fee. This is unethical and illegal. They have been reported to the state, but I aIso want to add they were not even able to to the job they charged $501 for. I had to cancel the insurance policy due to it being inadequate according to my bank and they never refunded the broker fee. Please see photos below, particularly Annie was especially sleazy in this operation, she pushed to try and close then couldn't get the job done then was short and rude when asked about the refund. Who named you guys agency of the year? Yourself? Guess what, you don't get to use that title when you treat customers like dirt.

Worst insurance company. Kristina took my card information over the phone explaining that she needed it to process a quote as to what my monthly payments would be. I specifically told her that I was still shopping around and wasn't ready to commit to An insurance company yet. I gave her my card info lik she asked, which was my mistake, and she went ahead and took $500 out of my account which was completely unauthorized. This happened last week and she hasn't responded to any of my emails asking her about the funds. I then had to have my mother call because she wasn't responding to me. She lied to my mother and told her that they issued the money back on my card. When I called my banking institution to file a claim, they explained that's wallis and Wallis never even issued the money back on my account. This place is completely unprofessional and they are thieves. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. I am still in a dispute trying to get my money back and it's been a week.

Great insurance agents.

Edit: had to change my review. I needed insurance for doing doordash deliveries. Agent recommended commercial insurance high payments and high down payment. I said okay.

Two months down the road and $900 into insurance payments, I get a notice from the insurance company (not the agent) that said insurance was cancelled due to unagreed food delivery service. I contacted agent from Wallis & Wallis as I was out of the country, and nothing was done. Agent returned one email, but did not return any further emails or phone calls.
My insurance cancelled on me while I was out of the country.

I decided to sign up for Allstate on my own, and they cover rideshare endorsements with my personal insurance for only a few dollars a month, and so much less than the commercial insurance I was previously stuck with, so I'm switching to driving for Uber or Lyft

I would not recommend going to Wallis & Wallis for insurance. You're better off doing your own research into what's best for you. Example:. You want to do Lyft, search Google for "Lyft friendly insurance."

I currently still have motorcycle through Wallis & Wallis. I'm changing that as well.

Wallis & wallis has been my insurer for 2 years. . Whenever I need help, I always look for the girls from the agency to always resolve quickly and especially Ana, super friendly and quick.

Worse broker cancel my insurance and they're denied that I cancel it because it was lease car got the date I return the car now I'm talk 2 the mercury insurance.
