Soja was an absolute delight to work with. She’s talented and just warm and welcoming. I got a GREAT rate …way better than what’s online. Summer at the branch was just as great! Got my loan within hours and I got my awesome truck. Great bank and great people!!!

I became a customer of PSCU a few months ago, and I've become a big fan! It's so different from my (and everybody else's, I imagine) experience dealing with a financial institution. Unlike most other institutions, it's easy to reach a human, and those humans are consistently wonderful. I'm almost tempted to drop in on them even when I don't have business, because they are *that* nice! (I don't...that would be weird.)

Also: interest rates on loans so low it's truly shocking. If you have loans outstanding -- and who doesn't? -- give them a call, you won't regret it.

Pacific Credit Services is the absolute best service and bank I have used. I had all of my needs taken care of timely and was provided with lots of additional information. I also did not receive any pushy sales people trying to get me to invest my money for their benefit, like I did when I visited Chase Bank afterwards. I highly recommend Pacific Credit Services to anyone who is looking for a great bank with excellent customer service!

I love being a credit union member. I’ve done business with big banks as Chase and Bank of America and I got to say the best service I’ve received has always been at PSCU. I highly recommend credit unions vs big banks for all your financial needs.
