I Called to ask a car insurance question and Richard also went over my home owner's insurance with me. He was so professional and helped me to understand my policy and with clear concise information. I have spoken to him on many occasions and he is always so kind, patient and informative. He is truly a part of why I love being a State Farm member and why I keep my home, 3 cars and life insurance with them.
