This was my first appointment at San Ramon Family Optometry. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I saw Dr. Yang and I truly appreciate him for taking the time to explain the best eyeglass options for me. Beth walked me through my benefits and consulted with Dr. Yang to best utilize my benefits. She went above and beyond by fixing my sunglasses and distance eyeglasses, which I brought for the first appointment. The care, friendliness and professionalism that I received from Beth made the experience a great one. I will be scheduling an appointment for my family.

I've been coming here for years and the staff and doctors are awesome. Dr. Yang is amazing. He made sure I understood what was going on and explained everything thoroughly.

Beth made sure I had the best glasses for me. She really took the time to find exactly what I was looking for and made sure I was happy with the frames/lens combo. She even helped to fix my current glasses that were loose.

I love this office! Dr. A. Yang is very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to listen to my concerns and explained everything. All the staff is friendly and welcoming. If you are going to purchase glasses ask for Beth. Beth gives great recommendations and takes time to ensure you love your frames and that you look great. Also, Beth is very relatable, knowledgeable, and friendly. I love how I was able to complete my paperwork and select frames I want to try, prior to my visit. My visit was quick, informative, thorough, and plush. I highly recommend.

It doesn't mater what doctor sees me, they always give me practical guidance for better eye health. Although I love getting new glasses, picking them out is so hard because of the great selection available. That's where optician extraordinaire Sherry comes in. She is always the highlight of my visit with her exceptional customer service, knowledge of my insurance plan, honest and candid feedback on how a frame looks, and warm personality.
