Everyone at the location was pleasant and met me with a nice smile. Jason, who helped with our car was especially nice. He explained what they did and the condition of the car patiently and put me at ease as I don't know anything about cars. Our can runs very well and the window shield wipers they put in work great.
Thank you for taking our car in and we will definitely be back for any car issue. I also like the fact that the location was very easy to pull in with a car as it had enough parking space. Some of the shops are very hard to pull in and street parking is always required. So, I appreciate your location and the setting.

My Infinity has A LOT of miles with all the roadtrips and animals it’s seen in its life. Whenever I need an oil change, I take my car here. The price is right and the people are nice. If my car needed other types of work I would definitely take it here.

I just dropped off my car for a quick routinely oil change. No appointment was scheduled. I was greeted by a friendly and professional Advice Associate staff when arrived at the facility. The place was clean and neat and well maintained as always. Even though the place was extremely busy this time, but my dropped service was conducted very quick and smoothly. The staff personality even offered a free ride-share to take me back to my office. My car was done much earlier than expected. The completed checked out process was fast and I was explained clearly what services had been done to my car. Very happy camper and strongly recommend this place for anyone in Marin who are looking for a trustful and professional place for vehicle services.

I needed two OEM spec front tires which had to be ordered. The tires were at the shop the next morning and on my car by afternoon. The shop did a great job with communication and accommodating my schedule. The price was reasonable, and like all of my interactions with AAA, the member experience is a priority.

Rosalinda is the best. I got my oil changed 1/8/2024 and absolutely trustworthy repair shop with fair prices and great service. I’ve been to a couple places in the area and they are the friendliest and do great work. Jason was very kind considerate. I was headed out on a cross country road trip and had an appointment for a Wednesday. After checking the weather, I realized I actually had to leave on a Wednesday to beat a snowstorm in the Sierras. I called him Tuesday to cancel my appointment, but he said if I could bring it in on Tuesday after 1 PM he wanted to check the car over to make sure there were no hidden issues. If that isn’t amazing service, I don’t know what is! Thank you, Jason! Five stars and you have a Return customer from here on out.
